We have been part of an amazing internationalization program initiated by former mayor Toshio Okubo and effectively implemented by the city’s BOE for 9 years.
The current mayor has decided to end the program due to budgetary issues. We surely regret his decision but we cherish the incredibly great memories that will stay with us forever.
I am particularly proud of the school radio program at Otome jhs. The summer eFest events, the speech contests, the English camps, etc will all be fondly remembered.
